We’ll hear out any pain points you’re having with reporting or concerns you want to have evaluated with your current bookkeeping methodology whether it’s internal or outsourced. Afterwards we’ll take a look at your books and current set-up to provide recommendations, suggestions, and improvements to get you on the path you’re looking for.

Managerial Accounting / Cost Accounting

Cost accounting (also called managerial account) takes your numbers and evaluates them to understand your total costs for services or goods being produced. It provides information to management to make decisions on material sourcing, workflow or systems updates, and more. We’ll deep dive into the areas your concerned about and provide you with information around you costs, margins, spending patterns, and trends. This is contingent upon having the available data necessary and might lead to discovery of gaps and discussions on other best practices to obtain necessary data.

Financial Statement Education

Having accurate is important, but only half of the full picture. Understanding those financial statements is the other half of the pie to be able to make informed business decisions. Many people review their own, while others outsource to a fractional CFO to provide insights and guidance. Our consultation assists those that want to have a better understanding of their own statements. Workflow Review

his review focuses on reviewing and evaluating the workflows of your choice. Are you curious if there is time being spent unnecessarily on tasks or have data integrity issues due to workflow? We’ll review your current flows, evaluate current softwares, and review if any automation could be implemented. This service is a review only – no action will be taken – but suggestions, insights, and potential action items will be provided for your decision-making on next steps whether that be internal implementations and design or also engaging in Whiskria’s workflow design service.

Workflow Design

Requires a workflow review first. This service engages Whiskria in creating and implementing SOPs, automations via Zapier and/or Make.com, establishing tasks and workflows in your task management software, or other agreed upon actionable items established from the review.

Workflow Education

This service can be engaged in separately or after a workflow review. This service will train either your or a designated team member in workflow design. We’ll cover best practices, logical path-taking, software usages (including Zapier and/or Make.com automation) and set those team members up to design and develop workflows either from a review Whiskria performed, or from requests from management. Service is educational in capacity only and does include any design or implementation of workflows.
